Or...It's actually pronounced "Teega". Or at least in Japan. Also, Ultraman is awesome, that is a fact. Well, when the series is good that is. I'd recommend starting with Ultraman Mebius, it's movie "Ultraman Mebius and Ultra Brothers", or EZ Rider's reviews of either. The name Mebius is a reference to the Möbius Strip. It is pronounced and written incorrectly, but that just comes from the word being used by folks in Japan.Dylan Ogghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11300094563386441433noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7435623382459397936.post-89989718491907156072017-11-30T11:12:31.798-08:002017-11-30T11:12:31.798-08:00Weird that you said that because if it weren't...Weird that you said that because if it weren't for the 4Kids Ultraman Tiga dub, I wouldn't have known who Ultraman even was. Apparently that was how he was suppose to be, but this was sidelined since this was a one-shot movie.DRamseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08392751142341478075noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7435623382459397936.post-25694130983475636412016-05-17T17:47:05.534-07:002016-05-17T17:47:05.534-07:00From what I've heard the 4Kids dub of Tiga was...From what I've heard the 4Kids dub of Tiga was close to the original, with just a few added one-liners because that's how that writer rolls.

Ultraman: The Adventure Begins (which I plan to review myself someday) was my first introduction to Ultraman. I didn't even know about the Japanese series. When Towards The Future aired, I was disappointed at first because it took so long to get a series (or so I thought at the time) and they changed a long and made it live-action. Only later would I learn of the live-action franchise with one other cartoon, an anime version which, like this movie, is still canon to the franchise.ShadowWing Tronixhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16854662169769646210noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7435623382459397936.post-74793545870271520162016-05-16T07:05:17.088-07:002016-05-16T07:05:17.088-07:00I never really got into Ultraman myself. Heck, I ...I never really got into Ultraman myself. Heck, I even watched that 4Kids Dub you mentioned. Yeah, the less said about that, the better.

This doesn't look that impressive either. At least it looks more impressive than what we got from 4Kids. Still, not something that has caught my interest. Don't expect me to get this anytime soon.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00484974395418224379noreply@blogger.com
