Yeah, I have the same problems with comics myself. Nothing of Marvel even interests me (apart from the movies & SHIELD only. I've seen some of their new animated series but there haven't made me a fan. And what they did to Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes was inexcusable.) I give DC a fair chance with the New 52, then I saw Joker's face cut off and needless to say, it pissed me off so much that I've boycotted DC comics; then the Harley Quinn going to commit suicide for a Contest got me to say "FUCK THIS COMPANY!" I refused to pay anything DC related ever again.
But now for something positive; I really have enjoyed reading IDWs MLP series. Hell, I'm subscribed to them from Forbidden Planet. I've also read the Adventure Time comics (thanks to Bronies no less) & the new Powerpuff Girls that IDW are doing now as well (and that was due to my friend DarkDrifterUK).
Newberry was the voice of Superman in Justice League, but Tim Daily was the voice for Superman's own show. Good review and it's nice to see a Superman story that understands Superman.
What's really sad about this is that people who are trying to do good are trying so hard to follow superman's example. No one is perfect, which is why people are striving for perfection.

ReplyDeleteWhat's wrong with Lois talking about Clark's "S"? It's pretty funny.
