    While I can't tell definitely, but your description of the villain sounds like a textbook example of a Sociopath. If that's the case she may have been born this way. It's rare but it does happen, even in our world.

    Kirin is actually mythological creature in many Asian cultures. It usually looks like a horse with reptile/dragon features.

      And he’s not wrong about saying they’re based on giraffes the Japanese words for giraffe is Kirin And when Asian people for Saul giraffes they did associated with Kirins

    Here’s the thing about the Cutie map There are some analysis to think it’s I divorce message but a multi cultural family message mostly because one we’re not even sure if the parents are divorced and shows with a much younger audience have done divorce episodes I know I’ve been way less settle
