ReplyDeleteI started with Charlie and the Chocolate Factory myself, having it read to me by my third grade teacher. I was sadly ten when Dahl passed, but he was one of my favorite authors growing up, despite the racism. In fact I still own a first edition of Charlie if you can believe it.
