I've tried to be nice, but clearly you aren't listening to what I've been telling you. So, from the top.
1. You have not made any Patreon requests. Patreon requests require payment, which you have not given. You're just shouting at me in the comments to review things. That is a regular request at best, ergo, not the same thing.
2. When I reviewed Brandy & Mr. Whiskers, it we because someone else, not you, paid me to do it.
3. Even if you did pay me to do it, you don't decide the length of the request. Your show gave me almost nothing to talk about, therefore, it made for a short review.
You also don't decide if you're annoying people or not, and trust me, right now you definitely are.
I hate to be mean, but you don't seem like you're going to listen otherwise.

Hey guy who made the request. For the most part my feelings too. The reason I asked not to watch the original show was because I wanted the fresh perspective of the average person watching this. 1. Someone who knew little about Kamen Rider 2. My biggest reason, this is streaming officially while the original show still hasn't gotten a legal release in any form outside of fansubs and bootleg dvds
As to why they made this, probably because it was announced on the franchise's 50th Anniversary along with Kamen Rider Black Sun (a adult aimed remake/reimagining of Kamen Rider Black) and Shin Kamen Rider (a reimagining of the original story by Hideaki Anno as a follow up to his Shin Godzilla and Shin Ultraman films)
I assumed that you chose this because it is animated, which is extremely rare for KR, heck, Ultraman has dabbled into animation more than its rival has. But challenging Eli by going in blind is an interesting choice. I just hope it doesn’t put him off the franchise, there is genuine fun to be had, (loving the adventures of the gummy man RN, Gavv is a blast)
As to why they made this, yes, the anniversary was part of it, but it was also based on an overarching theme for all three projects: connections to manga. The original Kamen Rider was created by a manga artist from a drawing chosen by his son, Black had a manga which ran alongside the ‘80s TV show but had a different story and Fuuto P.I. was a manga sequel to a beloved show.
The problem with Fuuto P.I. was that 1. The source material was not enough to do a full series, not helped by the fact that they skipped a few cases. 2. Crunchyroll didn’t license the original show and its movies so it hurt any hopes of newcomers getting invested. Oh, and the kid is revealed to be a perverted old man trapped in a child’s body because of mad science stuff, which doesn’t make THAT scenario any better.
This anime was part of the franchise’s 50th anniversary celebration in 2021, which involved 3 special projects plus Saber and Revice, the TV shows that represented the anniversary. All were hindered by COVID in some way but the celebration went on without too many issues and we fans had fun with all the extra stuff that came with it like a premium collector’s 50th anniversary edition of the original 1971 belt, which I have, despite the glares my mom gave for spending $500 on a high tech toy.
The Fuuto P.I. manga is currently in its final arc, with fans hoping for Season 2 of the Anime to start production after it ends.
The movie you mentioned is actually decent, it is essentially the complete version of Begins Night told by Shotaro, mostly it and the manga chapters it is based off were made to fix a few plot holes from the original live action telling of the events and add details to characters including The Boss, Sokichi.
Lastly, I know you said Ultraman wasn’t available, but I am happy to say that things have changed quite a bit since your review of Ultraman USA. Tsuburaya, unlike Toei, treats its fans around the globe pretty well. In fact their official YouTube channel is gearing up to simulcast Ultraman Omega, the latest show, subbed and dubbed starting next month and you can access their entire 50+ years of backlog on DVD and Blu-Ray here in America. They have also collaborated with Marvel for comics including an Avengers crossover, Netflix for a 3D anime and TsuPro regularly attends US conventions such as SDCC which includes English versions of their stage shows and photo ops with the Ultras. All Toei has done lately aside from Blu-Rays of V3 and X from Discotek is make a nothingburger global Twitter account and issue copyright takedowns to Tokutubers to remind us all that they hate us and seemingly taunt the fans about shows we can’t get.
