"Why did this have to be two movies?" You pointed out the same problem I also had with this movie. Then again, I think EVERYONE has the same problem.
BTW, can you confirm whether or not this was made by the same team that made the Black & White Era on the Amine? If so, then I'm not surprised this one sucked. Because that's the same team that made what is seen by fans as the worst era of the Pokemon Anime, and I'm right along with them on that. (Believe me, you don't want me to make my "Why it sucks speech" on it. We'd both be here forever.)
Victini is pretty much one of the few likeable things about this movie, and even his most memorable part is hurt by the movie. If you are going to kill a character and bring them back, at least show how and why the "He's still alive" thing happened. Otherwise, you have two options. One, don't kill them. Or two, if you do kill them, don't bring them back. If the latter happened, it would've made the whole "tossing a macaroon into the ocean" thing a lot more meaningful. Instead, it means nothing now.
At least you have something a lot better coming next week.
