The Cartoon Hero Presents: Jackie Chan Adventures

Finally, after years of pushing it back, it's time for the Hero to cover a show from his childhood that was better than it had any right to be!

  1. The series is available on Crackle.com to stream, but I only saw season three available. Hopefully that changes because it's Sony's own streaming service.

  2. I noticed a few mistakes with this review so I though I'd just hit a relatively big one. Section 13 was a law enforcement agency whose job was to deal with international crime. As a result Captain Black didn't believe in Magic until the end of the first season. As a result of mentioning magic to his superiors, the Dark Hand case was reassigned to Section 12.

  3. The art and character designs were handled by Glen Murakami, who worked on Batman: The Animated Series, and would lead the team on The Batman.

  4. Just found out that the year after you made this review Jackie Chan got his own Anime, Jackie Chan's Fantasia. Wild right?

  5. Tarakudo was probably the best villain. His mythology was fascinating and he showed respect and care toward his minions. And after everything Finn, Chow, Ratso and Hak Foo had been through by that point, they deserved a better boss. Even Drago realised the value in the former three when he was struggling on his own.
