Originally a Patreon request by Will.

Romance is not my genre, and this one isn't bad, but I still think you can do better than this.

  1. I'll be honest, I thought your absence was due to difficulty in finding work. At any rate a interesting anime I found is "My Bride is a Mermaid". Think 'what if Ariel was the daughter of a mafia don instead of the king of the sea'? This is not a request, just a suggestion if you want to try it during your personal time.

    1. Oh, that difficulty is still there, it just wasn't the reason I was gone a long time. I'm still working on it in the background.

  2. I'm glad to see that you're OK. Keep up the good work, Hero.

Also, I read Domestic Girlfriend a few years back, and I quite enjoyed it, until the last Arc, where my favourite character was denied her happy ending...

  3. I'm just glad you're OK. Relatively speaking.

On a related note, I read Domestic Girlfriend a few years ago and I quite enjoyed it. Until the ending, where my favourite character got the shaft...

I did see the conclusion coming, but that didn't soften the blow.

  4. I'm not much of an anime watcher or manga reader (I used to be- went through I suppose what would be called a phase of it), but this honestly sounds pretty good. I actually just bought the first volume of The Concierge at Hokkyoku Department Store, thanks to a librarian's recommendation. That "100 Girlfriends" you mentioned; I looked it up and it sounds like the most insane, zany, sitcom-y premise ever. But is it worth it?

    1. If you can get past some weird jokes, I'd say it is. The series never takes itself seriously, so that helps.
