Finishing off my contributions to Red Ribbon Reviewers for 2024 (in 2025...), it's time to talk about a beloved Christmas movie that came from a surprising place.

It's time to end the pony reviews on my channel...for real this time.

Trust me, if that title makes you cringe, that's the least of this anime's problems...

Time to close out the 'Toonbox Trilogy' with a movie that has nothing to do with the other two! But that might not be a good thing...

The Hero's Christmas reviews for 2016 conclude with a very different Christmas special...but a great one.

This year, I’m thankful for Diva-who taught me that people CAN change. Also, I apologize in advance for mispronouncing Francoeur’s name so badly.

What is the Hero thankful for? That this movie FINALLY got a DVD release!

Ace Attorney Retrospective: To Each A Tempo

In this special short for the Ace Attorney Retrospective, I cover the greatest crossover you've never seen, To Each A Tempo: Turnabout Is Fair Play!

Blipocalypse Now

Hey guys. If you're wondering where the next video is, well, a few days ago I received an email from Blip saying that soon, my show's going to be taken off the site. Apparently I wasn't making them enough money.

What does this mean? Well, hopefully nothing--I'm still going to upload new reviews, just to YouTube. Or if YouTube's copyright bullshit kicks in, I'll also be uploading my backlog to a site called Zippcast, which is sort of like an old build of YouTube minus the copyright bullshit.

What I'm saying is, I'm not going to stop my show because Blip told me I wasn't good enough. Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got to upload a bunch of old videos, and change the player URLs in every blog post. Wish me luck!

Update Video

I know it seems redundant to post this here after I already updated on the actual page, but here the update video is anyway.

The Cartoon Hero Presents: Once Upon A Forest

Originally aired September 9, 2012. If you're expecting the same kind of review NC gave this movie, you're in for a surprise.

The Cartoon Hero vs. Rock-A-Doodle

Originally aired March 25, 2012. Well, what more can be said--everyone else has reviewed this too, but here's my take on it.

From Cartoons To Crap: The Year Without A Santa Claus

Originally aired December 23, 2011. This is my 75th episode, and since it took place during the Christmas season, what better time to take a look at a terrible Christmas special adaptation?

The Cartoon Hero vs. Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer

Originally uploaded December 4, 2010. This is, as I say in the video, a "Lost Episode" that I actually planned to do a lot earlier, but for some reason my software wouldn't export it. So this was me remaking the review I'd planned to do then.

A Tribute to DTV

Originally uploaded November 6, 2010. This, as I said, was inspired by CR's similar "Best of the Cartoon Network Groovies" video, and in retrospect, I'm really glad I did it. I still have some appreciation for DTV, even if anyone can do what they did now. Some of the music videos have still stuck with me over the years. Hopefully they will for you, too.
