Instead of The Professor doubting the girls, that scene should have been the other way around, with The Powerpuff Girls doubting themselves; apologising and flying away. While Professor Utonium is trying to convince them otherwise, and even amongst all the chaos, he tries calling out to them, and this results in a furious Mojo Jojo trying to kill him, which prompts the girls to return and lay the SmackDown on the powered-up primates.
