Originally posted August 11, 2009. This is one of my few earlier reviews that I still like. Despite the poor audio and video quality, I still feel pretty much the same about this anime. God, it sucks...

The Japanese Version is better, as it does address some of the smaller plot holes you brought up. Still not very good though. The sequels are better, but not by too much. Though I though the third series was fairly decent.
